We are extremely picky when it comes to our choice in leathers, earring findings and our production techniques. We could be here for awhile listing them all, but here's a few straight forward examples of how we set ourselves a part from other makers.

• Leathers: Not all leathers work well for earrings and many crafters have yet to learn this. At Aha we carefully select only the finest (and suitable) leathers to use in our collections.
• Hooks: For our wholesale accounts we offer two grades of hooks to cover price points for every customer base. We offer both a nickel free option in gold and silver, as well as solid sterling silver and 14k gold filled (also nickel free). All of the hooks we use are durable and will not bend easily.
• Production: Cutting leather for earrings with scissors just won’t do. A lot of the “cheaper” versions of earrings out there are cut this way, because the proper equipment can be expensive. We choose to use very specific custom built equipment for cutting our shapes. After that, a second hand trimming step is done. This ensures our earrings have clean and symmetrical lines and edges. 
• Packaging: We don’t just send your wholesale earrings in a ziplock. Each pair of earrings comes in a clear baggie that can be used to display and hang the earrings. The plastic we’ve chosen is crystal clear allowing the true beauty of the leather to shine through. We also include a pair of backs taped to the back of the earring card. This makes it very easy for your customers to try on or hold a pair up to their ears without fumbling with the backs.
• Availability & Turn Around: We offer anywhere from 40-50 leather choices each season and we take special order requests! A dedicated wholesale department enables us to turn orders around in a speedy 5-7 business days!
